This Victoria kayak expedition includes regular sightings of seals, bald eagles, black oyster catchers, blue heron and an amazing amount of inter-tidal life. This Southern Vancouver Island kayaking tour is the perfect kayak tour for all levels of paddlers who want to experience the the coastal wildlife and the amazing landscapes of picturesque Victoria. The kayak tour normally takes place in the sheltered waters of Brentwood Bay. Paddle the waterways once traveled by the early pioneers of Victoria and view the remains of one of the Island's early cement factories. Pass by sacred native islands. The tour starts with an interpretive drive through Victoria and a stop for lunch at a local favourite either before or after your kayaking experience begins. This water adventure tour can be modified for canoe enthusiasts and for more experience sea kayakers.
Our water sport partners will provide a 3 hour kayaking tour that will give you a new physical challenge and provide a stunning, different perspective on Victoria and area. All the kayaks ( canoes ) and gear neccessary for your kayak tour will be waiting for you when you arrive.

Participants must be in very good physical condition for the kayak portions of this tour. This tour is not recommended for individuals with joint, leg, shoulder, arm or mobility problems, or existing health concerns that would be adversely effected by physical excertion.
Morning tours depart from downtown Victoria and/or the Ogden Point Cruise Ship Terminal in James Bay at 9:00 am after client pickup and return by 1:15 pm. Afternoon tours depart at 1:30 pm and return at 6 pm. Full day tours can be arranged for an additional fee with a morning departure and are 8 hours in duration, with lunch included.
